At CloudCheapest, we are committed to providing exceptional premium cloud hosting services and customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for services established since January 1, 2025.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- New Customers: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment
- Service Issues: Significant service disruptions not resolved within 48 hours
- Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments
- Cancellation: Unused portion of prepaid services (prorated)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- SSL certificate purchases
- Setup fees and migration services
- Add-on services and premium features
- Services used for more than 30 days
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide Information: Include your account details, reason for refund, and any relevant documentation
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Equivalent USD value to original payment method
6. Prorated Refunds
For annual or multi-year plans:
- Refunds are calculated based on unused service time
- Monthly equivalent rates apply for prorated calculations
- Discounts from annual plans are deducted from refund amounts
- Minimum usage charges may apply
7. Service Level Agreement Refunds
If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee:
- 99.0% - 99.8% uptime: 10% service credit
- 95.0% - 98.9% uptime: 25% service credit
- Below 95.0% uptime: 50% service credit
Service credits must be claimed within 30 days of the incident.
8. Cancellation Policy
Account cancellation terms:
- Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle
- Services remain active until the end of the paid period
- Data backup is available for 30 days after cancellation
- Automatic renewals can be disabled in your account settings
9. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:
- Request escalation to our management team
- Provide additional documentation or evidence
- Consider mediation through your payment provider
- Final decisions are made within 10 business days
