CloudCheapest provides premium cloud hosting services including but not limited to:
- Cloud web hosting and server management
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Dedicated cloud servers
- Domain registration and management
- Technical support and maintenance
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
- Spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
- Hosting copyrighted material without permission
- Activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users
- Adult content, gambling, or other restricted content
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- All fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Services may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days past due
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

8. Limitation of Liability
CloudCheapest's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

- Service interruptions beyond our control

9. Service Modifications
CloudCheapest reserves the right to:

10. Termination
Either party may terminate services:
- With 30 days written notice for convenience
- Immediately for breach of terms
- Upon non-payment of fees

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CloudCheapest operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
